Do you use natural ingredients?
We only use natural or naturally derived plant-based ingredients in our products. We ensure that our raw materials are sustainably and ethically sourced and strive to avoid palm oil where possible.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
At Florian Botanicals we believe that all babies' skin should be treated as sensitive skin. Our products are formulated to be gentle and soothing while being kind and mild to the skin and the environment. Our carefully selected ingredients have been chosen for their healing properties to support the development of healthy, resilient skin.
Can I use the products if my baby has eczema?
Yes, we do not use ingredients that could cause skin irritation. However, we would advise you to do a patch test whenever trying new products if your little one is prone to skin irritations.
Do you use frangrances in your products?
No, our baby products have a subtle fragrance of the combined aromas of the raw materials. We do not want to mask the gorgeous, natural smell of your little ones, or over-stimulate their developing senses.
Occasionally we use organic essential oils in low concentrations for their therapeutic benefits but there will always be a fragrance free option available.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. The use of animal testing for cosmetics products or their ingredients has been banned in the UK and in the European Union since March 2013. We are in the process of applying for Cruelty- Free certification.
Are the products vegan?
Yes, Florian Botanicals products are vegan. We do not use animal or animal derived ingredients.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you will be pleased with your order, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement provided that you notify us within 7 days at info@florian-botanicals.com, please include your order number. Goods need to be returned to us in resaleable condition. Items need to be in their original packaging; unopened, unused and undamaged.
If you product is damaged en-route to you, please take photos and email us within 7 days - we will arrange collection and a replacement. If you are not happy with our product after you have tried it, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

Which payment method do you accept?
Online payments are securely processed by third party providers Stripe and ApplePay. We do not store credit/debit card information.
How long before items are dispatched?
We aim to process orders for delivery on the day for orders received before 2pm on business days. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day. We will deliver your goods in accordance with the delivery option selected at check out.
We manufacture our products in small batches. Orders are shipped subject to availability. In the unlikely event where a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you and offer you the option of a full refund or postponed delivery of the product.
Please note that export outside of the UK is subject to Duty and VAT. We ship all non-uk orders on a DAP basis where the end customer covers the cost of all charges. Exact duty amount varies between countries.
UPDATE: Dispatch due to Covid-19.
We are shipping as normal and will do our best to ensure a pleasant experience but please allow longer for delivery during these uncertain times. We have noticed occasional delays with our couriers, especially Royal Mail due to the lack of staff in affected areas. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
We have safety measures in place as all our orders are processed and packed by one person.
